The current database-v1 candidate is a two-layer archive set plus supporting public objects. This view separates current deposit objects from historical checksum inventory. v1.0 is a database and evidence-governance release; it is not a validated disease-prediction or clinical decision-support release.

The superseded overlay archive may remain in checksum files for reproducibility, but it is not a current DOI-deposit object. See deprecated archive notes and exception registry.
Release boundary
Not deposited. Not formally unlocked. Not submission-ready. No disease-prediction platform claim. The full file inventory remains useful for reproducibility, but this quick view is the safer starting point for database-v1 deposition review.
