The frozen v1.0.0-database-resource candidate is a two-layer archive set plus supporting public objects. This deposit target is independent of the live v1.1.0-cascade-resource successor; its exact historical build is recorded in the immutable snapshot object. v1.0 is a database and evidence-governance release; it is not a validated disease-prediction or clinical decision-support release.
