This page separates byte-level integrity, external publication authorization, and scientific validation. Passing one category never silently unlocks another.

This source-bundled record describes scientific objects and authorization gates. It is not a self-asserted hosting deployment receipt; provider version, content commit, and deployment time must be verified after rollout.

The application exposes versioned JSON, CORS metadata, GET/HEAD/OPTIONS semantics, manifests, and checksums. The latest source-bundled anonymous machine-route QA is BLOCKED_HTTP_403 (checked 2026-08-18, historical receipt sites-version-167-evidence-landscape). Behavior may vary by network and client; browser-visible availability and provider deploy success do not establish anonymous API availability. Application headers cannot override edge policy.

Scientific boundary

Public does not mean validated.

L1 resource records and L2 same-HepG2 observed perturbation evidence, selected L3a external-context screens, measured DMD-locus induction and correction, and sample-level external disease pathway analyses. No candidate-level DMD perturbation truth, calibrated candidate pathway prediction, L5 therapeutic evidence or clinical evidence is present. v1.0 is a database and evidence-governance release; it is not a validated disease-prediction or clinical decision-support release.
