## Decision

v09.80 installs the v09.79 source-bound Figure 3 audit-matrix redraw into a new all-main figure packet. Figures 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are carried forward from the v09.38 synced packet without visual mutation. The Figure 3 caption and the matching Results paragraph now explicitly bind repeated-resampling and target-engagement-margin counts to the locked v08.5 rule-freeze table, while binding muscle-expression, dependency-caution and DMD-source-projection counts to the current candidate network summary.
