## Outcome

- Five-seed HepG2 benchmark executed on seeds 20260807, 20260808, 20260809, 20260810, 20260811.
- Ridge v1/v2 passed paired RMSE and perturbation-specific gates in all five seeds, but passed the raw directional composite in zero seeds.
- The Nature Methods linear-PCA baseline passed zero of five gates and covered only a restricted response-gene subset.
- 8 historical STATE receipts were migrated; all advancement gates failed: True.
- Stack's first dependency-heavy runtime attempt timed out at 180 seconds. A single local-NVMe retry then passed the official `StateICLModelBase` forward path on a V100 with finite outputs. No pretrained checkpoint was loaded and no task benchmark was executed.
- Tahoe-x1 was not run. A backed audit of both the 6.4 GiB preprocessed H5AD and 1.6 GiB ready H5AD found `log1p` metadata, no `raw` slot and zero count-like nonzero values in the audit samples.
- Matched DMD candidate-response truth remains missing; DMD prediction remains prohibited.
