Both layers are required. A DOI deposit must match every filename, size and
SHA-256 exactly. The analysis-core archive is not described as a complete
archive of the current website.

## Required external inputs

1. Mint the DOI for the unchanged two-layer composite release.
2. Supply institution-approved data and code licence identifiers.
3. Supply author-approved maintainer, institution and public contact metadata.
4. Record the person and ISO-8601 timestamp authorizing formal v1.

Run:

Successful structural validation does not itself grant institutional approval,
publish metadata or change any scientific claim.
